Q.Can I order a dumpster for same day service?
A.We strive to meet the needs of all our clients. In the majority of cases, we are able to meet a same day order as long as the order is available and we are able to deliver during normal business hours. You can always call to confirm and speak to one of our staff members.
Q.Am I allowed to fill above the top of the dumpster?
A.In order to keep our driver and the other drivers on the road safe, we are not able to transport a dumpster that is filled above the top of the dumpster. If our driver arrives and the dumpster has debris over the top or hanging over the side, they will not be able to adequately tarp the dumpster and this could result in a dry-run charge.
Q.What happens if I go over weight on my dumpster rental?
A.All orders have an included weight amount attached to them. If you are over weight, there is a $0.04 charge per pound over the included weight. A copy of the weight ticket will be attached to the receipt.
Q.I'm worried about my driveway. Is there anything you can do to protect it?
A.All of our dumpster orders come with driveway protection strips. Our driver will place these on the driveway to provide a buffer between the dumpster and the delivery area.
Q.Can I extend my order if I need it for additional days?
A.Yes! Call us the day before your order expires and let our staff know. There is a $15 per day charge for the rental that will be applied to the card on file.
Q.Am I allowed to throw away mattresses and box springs in the dumpster?
A.Yes! There is a $15 fee per mattress or box spring.
Q.Do I need to be there to accept the dumpster?
A.You are not required to be on site to accept the dumpster delivery. The driver will reach out to you with an ETA and ask for a copy of your drivers license for the file. You can send this in electronically if needed.
Q.I'm worried my address is outside of your service area; is there anyway to check?
A.Yes! You can go through the ordering process and when you get to the address section, if your location is outside of our service area, the cart will prompt you to call in to our office.
Q.I want to order a dumpster but I'm worried that it will look bad on my property.
A.All of our dumpsters are well-maintained and cleaned. We do not have holes or damage to our dumpsters that would cause an eyesore.
